Why See G-Dragon?
The BIGBANG FRONTMAN's debut solo tour!
K-Pop heartthrob G-Dragon is gearing up for his first solo cross-country tour across North America, separate from the members of band BigBang. His tour, named the M.O.T.T.E World Tour is due to visit 19 cities in the continent, following the kick-off in Seoul. A huge star for most of his life, he has been in the spotlight most of his life, whether it be in junior band Little Roo'ra or for his eclectic fashion sense. Now he headlines the biggest-ever world tour by a Korean male artist, and shows fans who the man is behind the shades.
His second solo album Coup d'Etat debuted in 2014, winning Best Album at that year's World Music Awards, and is a creative mix of hip-hop, dubstep, rock, electro, and pop, featuring artists including Missy Elliot.
A slightly sombre title for his tour, M.O.T.T.E stands for Moment of Truth The End and is been confirmed by his representation to reflect the third (but no means, final) act so far in his career, but also addresses the "loneliness and anguish hidden behind the glamorous life from his massive success." A viscerally honest approach to publicity, G-Dragon's feverish fans will be screaming their lungs out when he lands at the Key Arena in Seattle , WA , Closed July 11, 2017
Performance date: 11 July 2017
