SUFFS Is Closing On Broadway and Heading On Tour!
Heckling politicians, storming Congress and changing the world day by day!
It's hard to imagine how difficult it was to be a Suffragette, but the musical SUFFS gives you a sneak peek into the lives of the women who rewrote the history books. SUFFS might be closing on Broadway on January 5, 2025, but the Two-time Tony Award-winning musical is rallying the troops and winning votes nationwide as it tours the US from September 2024, starting at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre!
What's The Story?
It's the early 1910's and a group of Suffragists have taken to the street ready to transform the country and protests against the likes of the public, the president and even each other. Their names? The SUFFS! This captivating story will take you on the journey of women working against the divides - racial, generational and class - with both victories and failures right up until the Nineteenth Amendment in 1920.
It's a fight that is still far from over.
