MaryMoor-Park Redmond/Seattle

Excellent show, he sang many of his hits (including Commodores) and had the crowd sing along. Hard to stop the crown. Fire was real fire and at 81 degrees on a rainless evening in the PNW, he was amazing. Very engaging and talking to audience. His musicians were great also. Thanks for an excellent Tuesday night in the woods in Washington at Marymoor park .... ... Read more

EWF Great! Lionel not :(

We were so thankful EWF played first. They played so many hits and it was fabulous to see my age of fans and much younger people also enjoying their music. Really enjoyed EWF, they sounded great!! Lionel sounded very nasal as he may have a cold. But, what was horrible was the sound mixer had the BASS up way, way too high. It was as if a young kid was at the controls. Lionel's music is primarily his voice and the distortion from the overly loud and too much bass was drowning out his voice. I made earplugs from a napkin and when the sound issue wasn't solved, we left after the 4th song. Sad because I enjoyed his showmanship, just hated how his music was being so poorly presented. ... Lionel tickets were Valentine’s Day presents to each other

We had 5th row F2 floor seats. Great up-close view. Lionel sang all his greatest hits, and the audience had a blast singing with him. He was very entertaining, personable, and engaged with his audience. He introduced one of the former Commodores who lives in the area. It was a very nice gesture and got stand-up applause. Lionel’s energy was awesome. His voice and ballads at the piano were just as romantic as they were 30 years - “Truly,” “Still,” “Hello,”, “Three times a lady.” He was very funny when he told the story about how he has been waiting for 34 years for Diana Ross to join him on stage to sing “Endless Love,” and for 34 years she has said no. He said he is still wishing and hoping. He asked all the women in the audience to sing her verses. He went from song to song to song and sang for about an hour and 45 minutes. He ended with “All Night Long.” Lionel’s show was terrific. Hope he returns to Orlando someday. ... Read more
